Timo der Weduwen
CIMP™ Programme DirectorTimo combines a background in education with a long career in international crisis and critical incident management. With a bachelor degree in education, he joined the Netherlands Police in 1987, graduating from the Netherlands Police Academy in the rank of police inspector in 1991. In the years thereafter, he worked in increasingly challenging positions in the police services of Utrecht and Amsterdam, dealing with community policing, public order, organized crime and hostage negotiations, being appointed in the rank of police commissioner as managing director of the Police Academy in Amsterdam and The Hague in 2001.

Fedor Keredzin
CIMP™ Associate Programme DirectorFedor Keredzin (Sweden, 1970) is a senior crisis, conflict and risk management expert, with a track record of excellence in non-for-profit and private sector organizations. At an early stage in his career, whilst still at university, finalizing his masters’ degree in Peace and Conflict Studies, Fedor worked as a military interpreter with Swedish military peacekeepers in the former Yugoslavia, based in Bosnia Herzegovina. In this capacity he engaged with militia leaders, local politicians and armed groups, and developed hands-on conflict and crisis negotiation skills.

Robert Goris
CIMP™ Programme ManagerRobert Goris (CEO of Prosectra) is an expert trainer with an excellent understanding - and hands-on experience - in developing and delivering specialized safety and security training courses to humanitarians, corporate executives and private individuals. With 6 years’ experience working in the medical field and now 15 years’ experience working in the field of security, the design, development and delivery of world-class safety and security training is what Robert specializes in and he has spent the last 12 years - with a special focus - on improving the safety and security of humanitarians working in the field. He has delivered safety and security training to international organizations in over 20 countries throughout 5 continents.

Prosectra Ltd, one of the partners behind the CIMP™ Programme, is the Highfield Qualifications International approved Centre and is responsible for presenting successful CIMP™ delegates to Highfield for validation of the Certification Critical Incident Manager CCIM™ qualification, which is accredited by Highfield International, the international branch of Highfield Qualifications, a top 5 UK awarding organisation. Highfield accreditation has recognised the CIMP™ programme as being equivalent to a level 6, using the Ofqual’s Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF) as a reference.
Programme Fee
The CIMP ™ Programme prides itself in keeping costs realistic and manageable for every individual and type of business and organization.
The fees have been tabulated based on the Programme’s operational cost and the estimated reduced losses (or lower insurances fees) a company or organization would enjoy, once certified critical incident managers are in place to improve critical incident prevention and response measures, and enhance the capacity to effectively manage a critical incident. The CIMP™ Programme has taken into account the financial situation of International Aid Organizations, their mandates and accountability towards their donors and beneficiaries.
